Refund Policy
613 Auto Insiders Inc. aims to provide clear, fair, and transparent policies for deposits, appointments, services, and vehicle-related transactions.
For motor vehicle purchases in Ontario, there is generally no automatic cooling-off period once a customer has signed a motor vehicle purchase or lease agreement, unless a legal cancellation right applies or a stated condition of the agreement is not met.
Any deposit, payment, or service charge will be handled according to the written terms provided at the time of the transaction.
Vehicle deposits, where accepted, will be confirmed in writing and will state whether the deposit is refundable, non-refundable, conditional, or applied toward purchase. No vehicle is considered held, reserved, or removed from availability unless confirmed by 613 Auto Insiders Inc. in writing.
If a transaction is cancelled, any refund will depend on the written agreement, the reason for cancellation, work already completed, vehicle status, and applicable law.
Detailing, appraisal-style value reviews, and consultation fees may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on appointment timing, work completed, and the terms disclosed at booking.
If 613 Auto Insiders Inc. cancels an appointment or cannot provide a booked service, customers will be offered a refund, rescheduling option, or credit where appropriate.
